Hotel Subhalakshmi Palace in Karaikudi is a true gem with its warm and welcoming staff. The suite room felt like a cozy home away from home, with a spacious bathroom that was a delight. The only downside was the lack of an in-house restaurant, but the nearby Friends Chettinad restaurant more than made up for it with its mouthwatering Chettinad dishes. Mr Vignesh Kumar, the manager, and the rest of the staff were always friendly and quick to assist with any needs, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the New Bus stand, making it convenient for exploring the area. Despite being near a busy junction, the hotel was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the mini tiffin breakfast offered a delightful taste of local flavors. The hotel's proximity to an auto stand made transportation a breeze, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.My companions and I thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful amenities provided, such as the jetted bathtub and premium bedding in our room. The free WiFi throughout the property was a bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our travels. The addition of a welcome drink upon arrival would have been a nice touch. Hotel Subhalakshmi Palace offers a pleasant stay with its friendly staff, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations, making it a great value for money in Karaikudi.
